    The staff members were not welcoming or helpful. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told to ask another staff person, then another. They were apparently preoccupied with things other than being responsive to a guests inquiry for basic information. The only parking is at a public parking garage a few blocks away. At night, the hotel did not have a person to park the car.

    Beautiful lobby, nice location, good room. Service is ok, nice breakfast.

    We arrived in the middle of the night, no luggage service. There is a mirror in the bathroom in front of the wc:do you want to see yourself sitting on the loo???? Bathroom outdated for a hotel of this class. And food in restaurant is far below level. Rooms on street side very noisy.
